The manager tim was awesome, our AC wasn't working and he did a diagnostic test on it and found out our condenser was bad! He gave us all the info on it that we needed! He was very knowledgeable and friendly!!!

I would give Pep Boys five stars, but the brakes they placed 15 months ago failed. I had to bring it back for a reinstal. However I have to give kudos to Samantha, Perry, and Jacob. They tried really hard to please me and understood my frustration.
