My trailer wheel bearing went out on the highway near by. Tire plus declined trailer service but pep boys took me in last minute. Ross and Hoang are the MVP! Life saver. Will recommend!!!

First time here and the gentleman treated me great! Ross gave me updates about my car in a timely manner and the guy (I didn’t catch his name) that worked on my car made sure it was all good before I left! Ross was more than helpful. Got me the right bulbs when the nearby Batteries + Bulbs couldn’t, came out to my car, and helped me test the turn signal. Very grateful for such courteous service.
