Pepboys saved me a lot of money. I called pepboys and told them the problems ( vehicle was diagnosed by O’Reilly’s) O’Reillys said it was two parts totaling roughly $550 Pep Boys told me to doublecheck O’Reilly‘s work and turns out it is just a $100 part. 5 stars for customer Service

Shad at the Milton store was awesome!! Fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable service. We went all over town with everyone saying they couldn't help and withing 5 minutes they found and fixed the problem.. thanks guys!! Would highly recommend yall swing on in.

Great service! I had my oil change and tire rotation done within a timely manner. Shad helped keep me updated with the service on my vehicle and Kaleb found a nail in my tire that I didn’t know was there! They were able to fix that and get me out by the promised time.
