Cooper Tire & Rubber Company (“Cooper Tire”) has decided that a defect which relates to motor vehicle safety exists in certain Cooper tires – and Pep Boys is here to help.

 

If you have concerns that your vehicle’s tires may have been impacted by the recall, stop by your local Pep Boys and our ASE-Certified Technicians will inspect your tires. If the inspection verifies that you have a tire or tires with the suspect identification number, they will be replaced with the same or substantially similar tires, mounted and balanced at no charge to you. What You Can Do

If you received a letter notifying you that you may have purchased one or more of the recalled tires, return the recalled tires and the letter to your local Pep Boys within 180 days after receipt of the letter for inspection of the tires.

Upon return, if the tires are determined to be part of the recall, Pep Boys will help you select the tires that are right for you and your vehicle and install them for FREE.
