Mr. Lee at the Park Avenue location in Memphis Tennessee was very helpful l, knowledgeable and insightful. He went above and beyond his duties to make sure my vehicle was serviced to satisfaction.

Tire popped down the road and pulled into Pep Boys. Got my tire replaced in 5 minutes for me. Lee got me in and out before I could even take a seat

The fast service was better than what I expected. I went in for a nail in my tire and the staff took care of my problem very quickly. I needed a new tire but I had no problem paying the price for it. I thanked them for the service and the experience.

Brought my mother’s car in for a battery check. It ended up being the alternator. The store manager Mr. Lee Gaston jumped into action said he would go get the part himself to get it taken care of today. Everyone was very helpful from Jessica at the front desk to the manager. Thank you!
