I went there today. My hood is not closing. Ray he’s the man, he helped me , very kind and helpful and very knowledgeable to his work. I would encourage everyone to use them. 5 star services specially dealing with people.

We came from Bowie to Annapolis do some shopping. Unfortunately, after arriving we discovered we had a flat tire. We googled Pep Boys and managed to get there, but it was almost time for them to close. Even so, the staff there was very cordial and professional, and they promptly got us back on the road.

I went in on a Sunday afternoon, I had a tire with a rock in it, that made my tire flat. Even though they were busy they fixed my tire quickly. Very friendly service. They fixed it for free which surprised me very much! I will be coming back for replacement tires

I had an emergency issue with my car and Pepboys took me in right away and provided a fast explanation. They were super helpful. I will definitely be back for future inspections and needs. Great service and people!
